We offer a range of delivery options from Royal Mail and Citylink. All services are charged to you at the prices we pay for them unless we have chosen to discount these as part of our offer to you. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for to ensure that you receive the goods.

All available options for the products you have selected will be presented to you during the checkout process. You may select the one that is most suitable to the products you have purchased and the confidence you have in the carrier. It is entirely up to you if you fully ensure the goods against loss or damage but if you choose not to then we will not be able to re-imburse you for any losses that may occur. If no insurance value is stated against the delivery option then goods are fully insured.

We reserve the right to deliver goods via a quicker method at no extra cost to yourself if this is more convenient for us.

Royal Mail

In general we find these services to be reliable and suitable for most needs. We will email you the tracking reference as soon as your goods are shipped.

• 2nd Class Recorded - 3 to 5 days
• Special Delivery - Next Day

Citylink

This is most suitable for heavy shipments and where detailed tracking is required throughout the delivery process.
