Delivery Policy

Due to the continually increasing costs of postage we have to charge for delivery. Rather than incorporate this into the cost of our products and artificially inflating the price of smaller purchases we charge an amount based upon the weight of your goods. We feel this is the fairest way for everyone.

We offer a range of delivery services to the UK, Europe and USA from Royal Mail and Citylink. All services are charged at the prices we pay for them or less if we have chosen to discount these as part of our offer to you. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for to ensure that you receive the goods.

All available options for the products you have selected will be presented to you during the checkout process. You may select the one that is most suitable to the products you have purchased and the confidence you have in the carrier. It is entirely up to you if you fully ensure the goods against loss or damage but if you choose not to then we will not be able to re-imburse you for any losses that may occur. If no insurance value is stated against the delivery option then goods are fully insured.

We reserve the right to deliver goods via a quicker method at no extra cost to yourself if this is more convenient for us.
