These detectors are used on doors and windows to detect when they are opened. If the two parts are separated they will send a signal to trigger the Wireless Burglar Alarm. Using these on the permiter of your property means that your House Alarm can be activated in the home arm or stay mode at night. This will deactivate any movement sensors inside the property but keep the ddor/window sensors active to protect you from intruders.
