Wireless Gas Detector

This Gas Detector is designed to detect a gas leak by monitoring the build up of gas in the air. It will detect gas leaks where the gas is either heavier or lighter than the surrounding air. It conforms to GB15322.2-2003 standards and will repeatedly sound a loud beep if gas is detected (similar to a smoke detector).
It is ideal for use in homes or caravans where gas may be left on accidentally causing a potentially fatal gas leak.
This Gas sensor will work in standalone mode, simply by plugging it into a standard mains power socket, and it connects wirelessly to a compatible alarm system so the owner can be notified immediately upon activation.

Setup
- The detector should be mounted within 1.5m of the gas source. If the gas being detected is lighter than air, i.e. Natural Gas/Mains Gas then the detector must be mounted between 0.3m and 1m from the ceiling. If the gas is heavier than air, i.e. LPG then the detector must be mounted between 0.3m and 1m from the floor.
- Simply attach mounting plate to a wall and slide detector onto plate.
- Plug in to standard 240V mains socket
