You can be sure that our products will meet your expectations. As with any electronic device it can very occasionally be subject to failure but this should be a very rare occurrence as we've spent a lot of time researching and designing our products to meet our high quality and reliability standards. We offer a minimum of 12 months guarantee from the date of purchase and a no quibble 30 day refund on all our products, providing you return them boxed and in a re-saleable condition.

If the product becomes defective  during this period we will repair or replace the product. If the product is no longer available we will replace it with one of similar value, features and appearance. This does not include the cost of delivery or of providing services to re-install or set-up the product or return it to the same configuration of the failed device.
