We want you to be happy with your purchase so if you are having problems or need support please get in touch. If you feel the product is not suitable and you want to return it the details below outline our policy.

Please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Returned Materials Authorisation (RMA) number, before returning any goods. All our details are on our contact page. We will process your return as soon as possible but it may take us up to 5 business days to process your refund after we have received the goods.

If your return postage is eligible for a refund then you must agree to use the method of posting determined by us otherwise we may not be able to refund any return postage costs. You should ensure you use a tracked and insured service when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible if they are lost or damaged.

What we will refund if there has been no error on our part

When you're withdrawing from your purchase within thirty (30) calendar days after your goods were delivered, and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund the cost of the items subject to them being in a resaleable condition.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging with their original documentation and manuals.

There must be no sign of wear and tear to the goods.

What we will refund if we are at fault

If the item is defective or we have made a mistake then we will replace that item and correct the mistake at our expense.

What we won't refund

We won't, for any reason, refund the costs of any SIM Cards or credit that has been added to a SIM Card as we cannot recover these costs or re-use these SIM Cards.

We won't refund the cost of any install or setup services, your costs in returning the item to us, the costs of our delivery charges (which may be more than we have charged you) and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
