Quick Start Guide for Wireless Strobe Siren (SI02) |
|
INSTALLATION AND USE WITH THE MEDILARM PRO ELDERLY PERSONAL ALARM
The Medilarm Pro Personal Alarm for the Elderly will work out-of-the box with the Wireless Strobe Siren - it is already paired and no coding or setup is necessary. If the Medilarm Pro Personal Alarm for the Elderly is turned OFF and the Siren is connected to its power supply it will automatically activate. This serves as a warning that mains power has been lost to the unit.
If the Medilarm Pro Personal Alarm for the Elderly needs to be temporarily unplugged, ensure the power to the Siren is turned OFF first.
TO CONNECT THE SIREN TO THE MEDILARM PRO ELDERLY PERSONAL ALARM
1. Ensure the Medilarm Pro Elderly Personal Alarm is turned ON
2. Connect the Wireless Siren to the Power Supply provided.
3. In the Medilarm Pro software select the required options for when you would like the siren to activate. See the Full User Manual for instructions on using the software or visit the website at http://youprotect.co.uk/support |

Vodafone SIM Card Activation |

Talk To A Real Person At Vodafone Customer Services
Unfortunately Vodafone don't make this as easy as it can be. If you have purchased a Vodafone PAYG SIM Card from us we will do all this for you.
If you have received or obtained a new Vodafone PAYG SIM Card then it will probably need activating first. Unfortunately these cards have no credit on them so if you place the SIM Card into a Vodafone mobile and dial the PAYG Customer Support on 191 you will not be able to talk to someone!
- Call Vodafone on 08700 700191 or 07836 191 191 from another phone.
- Enter the following at the voice prompts:
- Wait until asked to Press #.
- Press 1 for the PAYG team.
- Press * for no number.
- Press 2 for a problem.
- Press 1 for PAYG service.
- You should then be connected to a real person.
- Explain that you have a new unregistered SIM you would like to top up. They will then usually add £1 credit to the SIM and ask you to put this in a phone and call 2345 to top up.
- Once completed place the SIM card into your alarm.
- We advise that you register the card online once activated to make it easier to top-up and use auto top-up so there is always credit on the SIM Card.
- You must make a chargeable call at least once every 3 months for the SIM Card to remain active. It will be de-activated even if there is credit on it if you do not do this.
