When setting up the Medilarm Pro Personal Alarm for the Elderly with your numbers it is very important that you ensure you tell it the phone number of your SIM card in the correct format.

For example, if the number of the SIM card is 07960 321654 then you must enter the number as 447960321654.

To setup this number via text message you should create a text message in the following format and send it to the SIM Card:

password#Tserial number#phone number#

If your password was 1234 and SIM Card phone number is 07960321654 then to program the SIM card number you would send a text message as follows:

1234#T1#447960321654#

A full list of serial numbers for programming favourite numbers, text (SMS) message numbers, alarm dial numbers and the content of the text messages that are sent by the alarm can be found in the user manual. Alternatively all number programming can be carried out by downloading the simple PC software
